Seeing the world through innocent, unbiased eyes, Bob is carried by the tides into far-reaching landscapes where he encounters both real and fantastical creatures, each shaping his journey and perspective along the way. His path through the Major and Minor Arcana reflects the structure of the Rider-Waite Tarot, so the meanings feel familiar while still being wrapped in imagery and storytelling that are uniquely his. This deck includes 78 cards and a 164 page guidebook.
 
The guidebook is something I really appreciate, with thoughtful narratives, upright and reversed meanings, and four themed spreads you can work with. The deck keeps that traditional tarot foundation but reimagines the Fool’s journey through surreal, ever changing landscapes. You move through scenes filled with wildlife and imagined creatures, some soft and beautiful, others a little unsettling or awe inspiring, which adds a lot of depth to the experience. 
 
When I first saw this deck, I questioned it. I honestly thought it felt a bit immature based on the name and overall theme. But it kept showing up for me, online and even in person, and eventually I decided to reach for it. To my surprise, I was really impressed. I realized I had been judging it at surface level. There’s something about the innocence and overall energy of this deck that pulled me back into a space of imagination, like being a child again. When I started working with the cards in my own readings, I had moments of nostalgia that brought me back to childhood, to movies I loved and even the stuffed animals I used to have and treasure. As someone who practices my own craft and magic, this has become such an unexpected but powerful companion in my collection, blending playfulness with real depth and insight.
