Jyotisha (or Jyotish) is the traditional Hindu system of astronomy and astrology, often referred to as the “science of light.” Rooted in the Vedas, it studies the movements of celestial bodies, including planets, the sun, the moon, and nodes, to interpret their influence on human life and timekeeping.
